Michelle Nicole is a certified CMT, Ayurvedic practitioner, and Health coach, learning the importance of balancing the spiritual, mental and physical body. On an energetic level she practices Reiki which helps ease pain, balances chakras, and unblocks negative thinking . As her personal journey in Ayurveda evolved she decided to enroll in the Institute of Integrative Nutrition to be a certified health coach, allowing her to help people lead a balanced healthy life. Lack of knowledge, food allergies, and pollutants, are just a few common issues in today's society that negatively affect health and Michelle works to help people discover the foods that heal them through meal planning and education.
She grew up around a family that did not not know much about health and nutrition witnessing how detrimental it was to their health. This allowed her to explore other healing modalities inspiring her to learn more about how to stay healthy.
Michelle continues to learn and dedicates her practice to the art of of creating health and longevity while keeping a balanced life herself. Occasional hikes, making jewelry, meditation, yoga, and healthy cooking keep her grounded and vibrant. And with this knowledge of therapeutic massage, Ayurveda, the power of Reiki, and nutritional cooking, she inspires others to discover their authentic self.
